For each of the corporate award categories,
one each will be awarded to:
Retailers under 50 employees;
Retailers over 50 employees;
Associate members/suppliers (when applicable/appropriate)
This is categorized so that a firm with a much higher volume is not
unfairly competing with smaller companies. In addition, the categorized
awards allow your Association to showcase great talent at ALL levels,
regardless of company size, budget, or sales volume.
Some categories may have more honorees than this minimum.
For each of the individual award categories, one each (in some cases, more
than that) will be awarded to individuals from companies with the same
break-downs as above. Nominate a friend, co-worker, or yourself!
Nomination
Applications must be tendered to the ILBSA office by November 20, 2006,
and can be mailed, faxed, or
submitted online or
emailed.
