INSTRUCTIONS:
Each applicant must completely fill out this
application online.
Send ILBSA two (2) letters of
recommendation for this scholarship. One letter must be from a member of
the lumber/building materials industry. Your recommenders may send these
letters directly to ILBSA on your behalf.
Mail transcripts to ILBSA (if already in college,
only collegiate transcripts needed. If you are an entering freshman with
no college grades yet, send high school transcript.)
Letters of recommendation and transcripts
must be postmarked on or before Monday, June 2, 2008
