ILBSA STATEMENT OF MISSION

We seek to improve independent dealers’ and suppliers’ ability to effectively serve their customers’ needs and to enhance the image of Indiana’s retail building materials industry.

The mission of ILBSA is to offer its dealer and associate members the opportunity to best utilize the value of a statewide association to improve and enhance the profitability and image of the independent retail building material industry. We seek to accomplish this through continuing education; timely and valuable dissemination of information; effective communications; legislative influence, and opportunities for camaraderie and idea-sharing.
